> PROGRAMS
Day #01
- 16.00 – 17.00 : Parade of Nations
- 17.00 – 18.30 : Leaders of the groups are invited to a meeting with the festival committee
- 19.00 – 21.00 : Welcome Dinner at the hotel
Day #02
- 06.30 – 08.30 : Breakfast at hotel
- 09.00 – 13.00 : Ubud Village Tour visiting Ubud Art Market, Ubud Royal Palace, Kajeng 
 Street, Saraswati Temple, Making Lontar Manuscript
- 14.00 – 16.00 : Sound Check & Rehearsal
- 16.00 – 17.00 : Opening Ceremony
- 17.00 – 21.00 : Performances of local and international participants (Buffet Dinner will be provided on-site)
Day #03
- 06.30 – 09.00 : Breakfast at hotel
- 09.00 – 14.00 : Free Program
- 14.00 – 16.00 : Sound Check & Rehearsal
- 17.00 – 21.00 : Performances of local and international participants (Buffet Dinner will be provided on-site)
- 21.00 – 22.00 : Closing Ceremony
Day #04
- 07.00 – 10.00 : Breakfast
- 11.00 – 13.00 : Check out from the hotel and the group will be transferred to the airport
> PARTICIPATION FEE
- IDR 3,200,000 per person (approx 215 USD / 190 Euro).
- This package rate applies to all members of the delegation, including participants, managers, parents, and fans.
- Groups are required to pay a 20% deposit in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment.
- For groups of 20 or more, one group leader participates free of charge (20 + 1).
The participation fee includes:
- Accommodation in 3-star hotels (shared rooms for 2 or 3 people).
- 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners.
- Round-trip airport transfers (Airport – Hotel – Airport).
- Ubud Village Tour.
- Souvenirs and gifts for each group.
- Certificate of attendance.
The participation fee excludes:
- Travel costs to and from Bali.
- Lunches.
- Optional tour programs.
- Travel and health insurance.
> GENERAL TERMS
- By submitting the application, participants agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this regulation.
- Fees and accommodation costs must be paid via bank transfer.
- Invoices will be sent electronically.
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
- Should any economic fluctuations affect costs, the organizers reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.
- Soundcheck times will follow the order of performers in the program, based on the schedule.
- The organizers also reserve the right to modify the program if necessary.
